Local awareness ads have been updated to help businesses with multiple locations create hyper-local ads automatically. Using Locations for Pages, advertisers can dynamically populate city names and CTAs in ad copy, so people see relevant messages like “Join us for lunch in Menlo Park.” Targeting is simplified by selecting stores and a radius around each. Per-location ad reports reveal which stores perform best, enabling efficient budget allocation.

Additionally, a new Local insights tab in Page Insights shows nearby aggregate demographics (age, gender, local vs. tourist) and busy days/times, helping businesses tailor marketing. Advertisers can also see the percentage of nearby people who saw their ad, aiding in effectiveness measurement.

Privacy protections anonymize data and show only trends.
